I work with clients to take ownership of their relationship with food and make small/large changes in their lifestyle especially related to choices in eating.  I have developed "how to" programs that guide people to learn how to cook plant-based meals as well as programs that help with mindset, emotional eating and uncovering values/creating goals.  Most sessions will be one on one, but there will be some small group cooking demonstrations as well.
